Refund policy

Every item is inspected and verified before it ships, so it arrives exactly as described.

We accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached. Exchanges are for a different size or item of equal value, subject to availability — we do not offer cash refunds.

To start an exchange, email driphousepr@icloud.com with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect. Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for exchange.
